4Reiki is a a holistic healing system that energizes body, mind, and spirit. Through stress reduction and relaxation, universal life force energy can flow freely through the entire auric field. The Reiki Master-Teacher hovers hands over the energetic centers of the body to allow the healing energy to flow exactly where it needs. There are no known side effects to this holistic healing method. Clients rest as they receive the flow of energy in a calming, comfortable atmosphere.

Intuitive Coaching is for those who feel a strong pull to try new things, are growing in self awareness, want to develop a greater sense of self trust and relationship with your intuition. The client's needs are at the center of an intuitively guided session. Our conversation is held with sacred intention and careful listening to assure you feel heard, seen, and affirmed. Some areas of focus may include clarifying personal value systems, reconciling polarities, examining the balance in the wheel of life. By utilizing divining tools such as tarot, runes, oracle, pendulums, among others; to bring clarity and affirmation to the chosen path. 

The symbiosis of humans to plants is evolutionary. Inviting the plants for a consciousness uplift within self and environment is one of the greatest gifts for spiritual wellbeing.
