Services offered through House of the Mystical Maven do not discriminate against others based on race, sex, creed, religious beliefs, illness, social/cultural situations, or sexual orientation. Each client is respected as whole human.

The energetic healing work available through House of the Mystical Maven does not replace professional medical care, nor does it diagnose or treat illness and/or disease. The care received is complementary to an established holistic program for self care. Clients are referred to appropriate health care professional as needed, respectively.

All sessions are conducted in an environment with established safe and clear boundaries. Touch that is appropriate for the clients needs is non-sexual and to be consented to. Suitable clothing must be worn at all times.

The rights of an individual are upheld at all times. The energetic healing work is based on the client’s individual needs at the time of treatment. Explanations of specific courses of action, and energetic healing work is conveyed clearly concisely for which the client can comprehend and based on the unique context and personal situation.

The practitioner works within her professional scope of practice and meets all requirements required by that background. She participates in maintaining high standards of practice.

Confidentiality of the client is respected at all times. Data and records stored are for the use of client assessment by practitioners in a way that is protected and is used solely for the care of the client.

The client has the right to refuse service as well as request refund if satisfaction of service is not achieved. In this case client has seven days from the time of treatment to request a refund provided an explanation is given at the time of request.
